Brighton at Anfield, Sunday 2pm.
Third in the table, one league defeat all season, and they beat us 2-1 at the Amex back in March. No two ways about it, this is a proper test.
We've won three on the bounce, but if we play like we did for the first half hour against Villarreal on Tuesday, we'll get punished. This Brighton side won't hand us a way back into the game.
Where we're at
In fairness, the results have picked up. Three wins in a row in all competitions, and the 4-3 against Villarreal was some night once we woke up. Coming back from 2-0 down at Anfield shows there's character in this group.
But let's be real. We've conceded six goals in our last two games. That's not good enough for a side with ambitions of challenging. Too often we start slow, sit off teams and let them settle. Then we're chasing the game. We got away with it Tuesday. You don't get away with it every week.
The Brighton threat
Brighton come to Anfield 3rd in the league. Their only defeat in any competition this season was a 3-2 loss at Chelsea. They're scoring close to 2.5 goals a game. Pascal Gross has 7 goals in 10 games and is running the show for them again. At the other end, Bart Verbruggen has kept 7 clean sheets in 9 starts.
They'll come here to play, not to park the bus. They'll keep the ball, play through the lines and get at our full backs. If we're as open as we were on Tuesday, they'll score goals.
Team news
Szoboszlai is out, and that's a massive blow. He's been covering every blade of grass for us, and we don't have anyone who does what he does.
• Out: Szoboszlai, Frimpong, Ekitike, Leoni, Bradley
• Doubts: Barcola and Munoz, with an update due at Iraola's press conference
That's a lot of quality missing. It also means Mac Allister and Gravenberch have to step up. If they get overrun in midfield on Sunday, we're in trouble.
How we win it
For me, it comes down to three things.
1. Start fast. No sitting off them for 20 minutes. Press high from the first whistle and get the Kop going. Make Brighton uncomfortable on the ball.
2. Move the ball quick. None of the side to side to back stuff. Get it forward early, and get Wirtz on the ball between the lines as often as possible.
3. Start Ngumoha. The young lad was the best player on the pitch for long spells on Tuesday. He's direct, he takes people on and he makes things happen. He's earned his chance, so give it to him.
Defensively, Van Dijk needs a big game. He hasn't been at his best lately, and against a side who move the ball as well as Brighton, he'll need to organise everyone around him.
Predicted XI and prediction
Alisson; Araujo, Jacquet, Van Dijk, Kerkez; Mac Allister, Gravenberch; Ngumoha, Wirtz, Barcola; Isak
If Barcola isn't fit, Gakpo comes in. He was decent off the bench on Tuesday.
This won't be easy. Brighton are a good side, and they'll fancy getting something here. But at Anfield, with a full house behind us, I think we have enough.
Prediction: Liverpool 2-1 Brighton. Wirtz and Ngumoha on the scoresheet.
If you're heading over for the game, it'll be a cold one. Check out the beanies and the rest of our gear on weareliverpool.ie. Independent, fan run, and a lot cheaper than the club shop.
Up the reds.
